Freshness Innovaton

A deep consumer insight project aimed at understanding category behaviour, consumer attitudes and breath freshening occasions across Japan and the United States. Qualitative fieldwork and analysis allowed us to bring clarity to future opportunities, outlining a clear and actionable plan to grow the category.

 

Establishing key growth opportunities, we were able to deliver actionable and commercial strategies that assisted the team in creating a road map to growing the category. 

 

These opportunities were then collaboratively crafted within workshops, as concepts and then prototypes were created for product lab testing.
